Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the PuzzleFabrica website or joining the waitlist.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PuzzleFabrica, including signing up to the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About PuzzleFabrica (Current Phase)
PuzzleFabrica is currently in pre-launch development. During this phase:
Users may join a waitlist
Only limited features are available
No paid plans are yet offered, but may be introduced later
3. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Not misuse the service (e.g., fraudulent or abusive activity)
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and connection.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, platform features, and technology associated with PuzzleFabrica are owned by Leandro Martin Roldan or licensed appropriately.
Users may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or exploit the platform or puzzle-generation technology without permission
A future licensing model will govern the commercial use of generated puzzles.
5. Communications
By providing your email, you agree to receive:
- Launch announcements
- Updates on development
- Occasional promotional messages

6. Availability and Modifications
PuzzleFabrica reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service
- Modify these Terms at any time

The pre-launch service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- That the website will be error-free
- Continuous and uninterrupted access
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuzzleFabrica will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Data loss
- Unavailability of the service
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Users in the U.S. may have additional rights under applicable state laws (e.g., CCPA).
